PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The AMP-1 E specialized aramid shell is independently tested and certified at Chesapeake labs to NIJ IIIA (9mm and 44 Magnum), against fragmentation according to STANAG 2920 with a V50 rating of 2,230ft/s. Our standard features include an advanced padding system, wheel-dial system, and unique rail system. These components ensure that comfort, practicality, and capability are provided, giving the user an added degree of confidence. The unique rail-system and its Speed Connect System (SCS) (https://youtu.be/0y8VNsjpGao) gives the user even more tactical and modular protective capability. Our modular protective visors (Impact, Fragmentation, 9mm/44Mag) can be added/removed from the helmet in seconds without ever having to take off the helmet – always being protected. More recently we have increased the protective modular capabilities with our BAN-1/CAN-1 (Ballistic/Non-ballistic neck protection), BAM – 1/CAM-1 (Ballistic/Non-ballistic mandible/Chin guard and our non-ballistic visors with the rubbers seal.

AMR-1 E is a non-ballistic platform with a unique design and is a first within the police and public order market. The multi-functional mounting side-rails, not seen before on riot helmets, allow installation of cameras and lamps quick and easy. Gas masks can be secured with ease through the lateral pressure locking system without having to remove the helmet, therefore being protected at all times. The AMR-1 E shell is certified to EN 397 & offers a high level of impact protection, ventilation and comfort, no matter what the task. Our retention and suspension system is something that riot helmets have not seen before. This system can be quickly adjusted, making it easy to tailor fit specific head shapes/sizes and uses wheel dial technology enabling us to provide a uni-size helmet meeting head sizes from 52 – 63cms.

The AMR-1 E is designed with the user in mind, providing first rate modular protection, ventilation, and comfort for prolonged periods of use. Our removable neck protection and blunt impact face shield/visor with a rubber seal prevents fluid access. Whether you’re dealing with a riot situation/protesters, part of an emergency response team or extracting prisoners, you will know that your being protected from the threat and much more!
